Given the current 'Plague' and all the ensuing problems caused, I was glad you opened, allbeit with a skeleton staff, for car servicing, My vehicle was overdue. I found Heritage facilities and service were barely affected and my car service was dealt with in a speedy and polite manner.
Unfortunately whilst returning home after the service a wide variety of orange warning lights suddenly appeared on my instrument panel indicating a myriad of faults. On reporting this my car was collected and the fault identified, A failed sensor which was not identified during the service decided to malfunction on my journey home. However any blame for this could not rightly be directed at your technician. Your staff, under trying circumstances, and with a much reduced head count, rose admirably to the occasion dealt with the problem and returned the vehicle to me at no extra cost.
