Volkswagen have announced the release of an updated Amarok model due to go on sale towards the end of this year. The well known Amarok pick-up will have a facelift and offer a more premium and exclusive looking model.
Through a combination of updates to the interior, exterior and technology the brand hopes to produce a much more bold and striking model for consumers. From the front on view of the exterior the model has been pulled into line with the latest Volkswagen ‘face’ design including revised headlights and an updated grille. Peek below the bumper and there’s a more stylish scuff plate and bigger alloy wheels are set under the wheel arches. Continue around to the rear and you’ll observe a brand new LED pattern in the light clusters.
The dimensions of the Amarok pick-up will remain exactly the same as the current model with a length of 5.25m and a width of 2.23m and it will still very much boast full off-road functionality as well as on-road manners. The exciting new Amarok will very much rival the likes of the Ford Ranger, Mitsubishi L200 and Nissan Navara so keep your eyes peeled for more information on the updated Amarok such as prices and specifications which we expect to be announced in the coming months.
