When it comes to having your Volkswagen car or van serviced we do appreciate that few things are more frustrating than you not knowing what stage your vehicle is at during its visit to the Heritage Volkswagen workshops. Therefore we now have an online system where you visit our website and simply enter your registration into the search area at any time to see exactly what is happening to your vehicle. The Heritage Volkswagen Service Tracker allows you to track the progress of your vehicle's service throughout the day so you can instantly see whether it is awaiting preparation, with the technician or being valeted. With the tracking system we will keep you informed every step of the way!

When Can You Find Information
Starting three days in advance we create and process the necessary paperwork including the repair order, service check list and service job card. This will also include checking our database to search for any outstanding issues or current technical solutions that may need attention. We will also review the cars repair history and check any faults that were reported during any previous workshop visit. We then transfer any relevant information to our parts department to ensure all service parts are made available.
The day before we forward a copy of the work schedule to all departments involved in the preparation of your visit to ensure they are fully prepared for your service. We also send you an SMS Text Message reminder of your appointment date and time and where a courtesy car has been requested we will prepare the rental agreement ready for your visit.
