A Service Plan from Heritage Volkswagen is a payment plan that combines the cost of a certain number of scheduled services into one lump sum, providing you with the chance to pay monthly or upfront, avoiding larger payments when services are due.

There are 3 plans to choose from, offering flexibility to spread the cost and plan ahead for an aftercare plan that suits you and your budget.

The Standard Plan ensures your vehicle gets the recommended service from Volkswagen and highlights any extra work needed to keep it running at its best.

The Plus Plan is aimed at older vehicles. It covers everything in the Standard Plan, plus extra items that older cars may need.

The All‑in Plan is designed for ultimate peace of mind, with Servicing, Roadside and a free Warranty bundled together.

Standard Plan for vehicles aged 0-15 years old

With a Standard Plan, your vehicle receives the recommended service from Volkswagen and highlights any extra work needed to keep it running at its best.

What's included:

  • 2 Services including engine oil and filter changes
  • 1 Pollen filter replaced when required
  • Inspections to the components recommended by Volkswagen relevant to age and mileage
  • A diagnostic check for any software updates
  • 2 MOTs* free of charge for cars aged 7 – 15 years only

The Plus Plan ensures your vehicle gets the recommended service from Volkswagen plus a few extra items that older cars may need to keep it running at its best.

What’s included:

  • 2 services including engine oil and filter changes

  • 1 Spark plugs / Diesel fuel filter change if required
  • Inspections to the components recommended by Volkswagen relevant to age and mileage

This plan is not available for Touareg.
The Plus Plan is available for our Fixed or Flexible Service regime and will expire when your last service has been used.

Our Service Plans offer flexibility and various levels of cover depending on your model. You can spread the cost and plan for the service items that suit you and your budget.

With our electric plans, you will need a service every 2 years, at each service you get:

  • A full inspection
  • A Pollen filter and Brake fluid change
  • A Battery State of Health Check
  • A diagnostic check for any software updates

There are 3 levels to choose from, offering flexibility to spread the cost and plan ahead for the service items that suit you and your budget.

What’s excluded:
Additional items identified during the service due to wear and tear, and any other items that are required a mileage or time interval.

Plus Plan - Tyre exclusions:

  • Wheel alignment or geometry checks. 
  • Additional tyres beyond the two included in the  plan. 
  • Mobile fitment (except where offered by Authorised Repairers)
  • Emergency tyre replacement (out of workshop hours)
