Touareg Trims & Colours

There are currently four versions of the Touareg on offer: V6 SEL, V6 R-Line Tech, C6 R-Line Tech Plus, and the top of the range V6 Black Edition. You can further customise your Touareg through Volkswagens selection of exterior paint options.

With a choice of 7 colours, you can remain low-key or stand out from the crowd. Choose between Pure White, Malbec Red Metallic, or Meloe Blue Crystal Effect, and much more. Whatever version you choose, this 4x4 is sure to deliver a luxurious experience for all passengers,

Features of the New VW Touareg

As briefly mentioned, the new Touareg comes bursting with a collection of features that’ll be sure to deliver an exceptional ride for all on board. From it's heated front seats to its stylish 19" 'Osorno' Alloy wheels, this SUV offers comfort, convenience, and entertainment for all on board.

Touareg Engine Options

Currently, the Touareg is available with either a 3.0TDI 231PS Auto Tiptronic or a more powerful 3.0TDI 286PS Auto Tiptronic diesel engine. Both these engines also come with an 8-speed auto gearbox, and 4MOTION four-wheel drive.

The standard 231PS engine produces up to 170kW and 500Nm of power and torque respectively, allowing the SUV to achieve a maximum speed of 222 km/h and reach 62mph in 7.6 seconds. Whereas the explosive 286PS engine produces up to 210kW and 600Nm of power and torque, and achieves a maximum speed of 236km/h and reaches 62mph in just 6.3 seconds. Whatever engine you decide upon, the Touareg is sure to deliver an exciting driving experience.

Safety Features

To ensure driver and passenger safety this stylish SUV comes jam-packed with a wide range of safety features as standard. These features include a Curtain airbag system for front and rear passengers including side airbags in the front, Driver and front passenger airbag with front passenger airbag deactivation, and a Alarm with interior protection to name a few. It's collection of safety features have helped it achieve the maximum 5 star safety rating from Euro NCAP.

Technology

To make your driving experience as stress-free as possible, the Touareg comes filled with a variety of driver assistance features as standard. Cruise the motorways with it's handy Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), and avoid parking accidents with it's front and rear parking sensors. The base model also comes with a sleek Multi-function display 'Premium'7" with multi-colour display, which is compatible with App-Connect which allows you to connect your smartphone via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
