Flexible Finance options

You can finance your used Volkswagen just as you can with a new car. Our flexible Solutions Personal Contract Plan³ is available on our Approved Used cars and includes 2 years servicing^ at up to 12.4% APR representative. £250 deposit contribution available for vehicles 0-12 months old at 10.4% APR representative. £250 deposit contribution available for vehicles 13-36 months old at 12.4% APR.

Multipoint check

Prior to delivery our fully qualified technicians give all Volkswagen Approved Used cars a comprehensive workshop inspection with over 100 individual checks, followed by a road test as well as a status check to validate vehicle history, mileage and check for outstanding finance. We’ll even provide a copy of the report when you collect your car. Rest assured all service work has been completed if due within 6 months.

Service history checks

This certificate details your car’s entire Approved Used retailer network history, for example routine servicing work. It also verifies the cars identity and status of the warranty.

Independent vehicle history and mileage tests

You can be sure of your car's history. We check the vehicle identity and match it with the DVLA registration. We also verify that there are no outstanding finance arrangements on the car, and that the mileage is correct.

No quibble exchange

30 day/1,000 mile 'no quibble' exchange policy.

If for any reason, you want to change the car - maybe you have second thoughts, or it doesn't fit in your garage you may be able to exchange it for another of the same price (or higher, with you paying the difference), as long as the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when it was collected and the retailer you bought your car from has an available vehicle in their stock.

We want you to start enjoying your new car from day one, which is why every used Volkswagen, purchased from a Volkswagen Retailer, comes with five days’ complimentary insurance (subject to eligibility)^⁠4. This comprehensive cover guarantees that your vehicle will be repaired in a Volkswagen Approved Repairer using Volkswagen Genuine Parts (where available and excludes windscreen claims)^⁠4.

We will also provide you with an annual quote, with no additional questions asked, so you can continue to enjoy all the benefits Volkswagen Car Insurance offers.

Experts in electric

All electric vehicles in the Approved Used Volkswagen Programme receive a comprehensive multi point check where our highly trained technicians test the battery so you’ll know the current health and capacity. At handover, you will receive a battery health certificate for extra peace of mind. All of our fully electric cars are covered by a manufacturer warranty that covers battery degradation to 70% over a period of 8 years or up to 100,000 miles from first registration, whichever comes first
